We source candidates from our network and conduct our screening process — evaluating skills, experience, communication, and role-specific criteria. Candidates who don't meet the bar are filtered out before you ever see them.
Shortlist Presentation
We present an initial shortlist of 3 vetted candidates — with relevant background, experience notes, and our assessment of each for your specific role. Up to 6 total if needed.
Interviews
You interview the candidates directly. We're available to support the process, but the conversation is yours. You're evaluating real fit — not just credentials on paper.
Direct Hire
You select the right candidate and hire them directly. One flat placement fee — the hire is yours. You control the compensation, schedule, and working relationship entirely.
Hiring Success System + Replacement Coverage
Every placement includes structured support for role clarity, onboarding, and performance tracking — plus 6-month replacement coverage if the placement doesn't work out for performance-based reasons.
