No. Remote Worker does not employ the worker for you. We help source, screen, and present candidates, but you hire the worker directly and manage the employment or contractor relationship yourself.
Yes. This is a direct-hire model. Once you select a candidate, you hire them directly as your employee or contractor. There's no middleman in the ongoing employment relationship. You set compensation, hours, and expectations.
We provide an initial shortlist of 3 vetted candidates. If none are the right fit, we can provide up to 6 total. If your search requires additional candidates beyond 6, expanded search is available at $150 per additional candidate.
No problem. We can source additional candidates up to a total of 6 as part of your placement. We'll discuss your feedback on the initial shortlist to refine the search and improve the next round of candidates.

No. We operate on one flat placement fee. No monthly agency fees, no retainers, no subscriptions. Once your hire is in place, your cost from Remote Worker is zero.
Every placement includes 6-month replacement coverage. If a placement doesn't work out for performance-based reasons within the coverage period, we provide replacement support based on our terms. This coverage is designed to reduce your hiring risk and provide a clear path forward if issues arise.
The Hiring Success System is included with every placement. It covers role clarity, communication expectations, task management, onboarding planning, and performance tracking. Most hiring failures happen because of poor setup, not poor candidates — this is our answer to that.
